Step 1: Purchase Your Domain
~ You will purchase your own domain directly through GoDaddy
~ This domain will be used to connect your HelloVid SmartLink to our server
👉 Once purchased, do not change any DNS settings yet.
Step 2: Complete the Onboarding Form
~ Enter the domain name you purchased in the form below
~ Be prepared to share your GoDaddy login or DNS access during the Zoom
~ This allows us to properly connect your domain to the HelloVid server
Step 3: DNS Setup (Done Live on Zoom)
~ During your 30-minute setup Zoom, we will:
✔ Access your domain’s DNS settings
✔ Point the domain to the correct server
✔ Confirm your HelloVid Solo page is live
👉 You do not need to understand DNS — we’ll walk you through it step by step.

But we also understand that some of you may be camera shy, not ready to record your videos yet, or simply want something live right now while you prepare your own footage.

When your system is delivered, you’ll have the option to keep the AI or upload your own human videos — which we always recommend because your authentic human presence converts far better than any avatar.
To make it easy, we’ll also give you a link to professionally written scripts and a teleprompter app you can use to record your human videos anytime once your website is delivered.
When you're ready, simply upload your videos directly in your HelloVid dashboard and they will show immediately on your HelloVid widget.

Your next step is to create your calendar link so prospects can book calls with you. Calendly is completely free, and most alternatives are free as well.
Simply open your chosen platform, set up your account, choose the days and times you want to accept calls, and connect it to your preferred meeting method — such as Zoom, Google Meet, or even a simple phone call (no video required).
You can also use built-in AI tools to help you write your event descriptions and streamline the setup so everything goes faster.
Once your calendar is ready, just copy the link — we’ll need that link to complete your system build.
